You shoot and I pose polaroid frown…

It has felt like a million years since I last shared an OOTD post, and I’m sure everyone else feels that way too.  First of all it’s Winter, so if I venture outside I am bundled up.  It’s also dark when I get up and it’s dark when I leave work.  I can’t win.  So I have two options.  I freeze but butt off trying to look cute, or I set up the tripod and fight for light to take photos inside.  For this post I went with the latter.  For Today’s look I am sharing the dress that I go to for work.  I am in love with this thing.  I can’t rave enough about it.

This look is a simple make up look, with a bold AF lip.  This is my new favourite lippie, Nars Audacious Annabella.  It’s gorgeous on, has a great formula.  Can we just talk about my cheek bones?  I only have foundation and blush on, and this is what happened.  No contouring required, I mean come on, who has time for that anyway?

This is a great dress for work, it is fully lined, has sleeves, has pockets, and is so incredibly comfortable.  I have to admit I wear it way too often.  I also love that it can go from day to night with ease.  For this look I paired this dress with my vintage gold belt and my favourite Ivanka Trump pumps.

I love this picture, it’s almost devastating how much.
There you have it, my first OOTD of 2016, and it’s definitely not my last!  I am so excited to share more of my ensembles over the rest of the year.  And on that note, it’s time to end!
Ensemble: Dress J. Crew (last season) similar colour, Belt Vintage, Shoes (not pictured) Ivanka Trump, Lipstick Nars Audacious Annabella
